It was a beautiful Fall day on Sunday October 21st. Collingwood's Historic Downtown was alive with activity as the outdoor patios were filled with visitors enjoying one last taste of summer and the Downtown Collingwood hospitality. People were walking, biking and simply enjoying time wandering through the streets.

Record breaking warm temperatures and brilliant sunshine also greeted participants of the Fall Collingwood Downtown Restaurant Walking Tour on Sunday October 21st. It was the perfect day to enjoy a guided tour of the great restaurants of our downtown. Participants sampled culinary delights at each stop and enjoyed taste testings offered by Vineyards and Breweries. Participants visited Yellow River House, Trattoria Azzura, Brunello at 27 on Fourth, The Huron House, Admiral's Post, Dags and Willow, Cafe Chartreuse, Molly Blooms and The Beild House Country Inn and Spa.

Visitors to the Yellow River House (above left), Molly Blooms (above right) and the Admiral's Post (below) sampled food and drink while enjoying a beautiful Fall Day in Collingwood's Historic Downtown.

One participant of the Collingwood Downtown Autumn Restaurant Walking Tour said he was enjoying the walk between restaurant visits because it was such a beautiful day. The walk was no doubt also good for building an appetite between stops! Participants of the tour certainly enjoyed terrific food and drink at the sold out event.
