CCI Fighting Owls Win Junior GBSSA Championship Game

The Collingwood Collegiate Institute Junior Fighting Owls Football Team has captured the GBSSA Championship with a convincing 29 - 7 win over the Bear Creek Kodiaks at the West Orillia Sports Complex on Saturday, November 12th. Fighting Owls running back Isaac McGladdery was voted Collingwood MVP. On Thursday, November 17th, the CCI Juniors defeated Crestwood by an impressive 44-13 score in the Metro Bowl. The Junior Owls put together an outstanding 2011 season, going undefeated in league play.
