BLACK HARVEST
Downtown Collingwood
Ghosts - Witches - And Children Having Fun

Historic Downtown Collingwood was decorated with spiders, goblins, ghosts and witches ... haunted by the ghostly spirits of days gone by!

One of the most popular events of the year was held in Downtown Collingwood on Tuesday October 30th. "Black Harvest" was a celebration of the true "spirit" of Historic Downtown Collingwood. It was a time to learn about Collingwood's ghostly past. Participants of the Black Harvest Ghost Walk learned of local ghost stories of unsolved mysteries that still haunt the downtown.

Fun for the children began at 4pm in front of the Collingwood Town Hall with games and treats for the kids, activity centres and prizes for the best Halloween costume. Games included the Lollipop Pull, Spider Web Game, Fishing for Bats, and the Monster Mouth - Bean Bag Toss.
