The Haunted Streets Of Downtown Collingwood
BLACK HARVEST
Downtown Collingwood was a scary place to be on Friday, October 30th as BLACK HARVEST returned for 2009. Children dressed in costume visited the downtown merchants for trick or treating from 4pm to 6pm. A Children's costume contest featuring prizes for different age categories was held in front of the downtown federal building. Black Harvest featured the second annual Zombie Walk and guided haunted walks throughout the downtown streets at dusk. The downtown street construction underway as a part of the massive downtown revitalization program added to the ambience this year.
