for Collingwood Downtown Revitalization Project

Collingwood Mayor Sandra Cooper, Denice Camble and Sherri Sim from TD Friends of the Environment Foundation and Ed Borczon from Tree Canada were all in downtown Collingwood to participate in a tree planting ceremony.

The Collingwood Downtown Revitalization Project has received a $15,000 grant from the TD Green Streets Program. The grant will help the Town of Collingwood "green" its historic downtown district. All submissions were reviewed by regional Tree Canada Advisors, Board Members, urban forest practitioners and TD Friends of the Environment Foundation representatives based on innovation , community involvement and technical expertise.
