At The Collingwood Library
Collingwood Public Library Is Hosting The 2009
Magic of Children in the Arts Exhibition
You can experience the magic of the imagination of Collingwood's children at the Magic of Children in the Arts show at the Collingwood Public Library during the March. Four hundred local young artists will have their work on display during the 15th annual Magic of Children in the Arts show which runs until March 26th. Children from Kindergarten to Grade 8 participate each year, with this year's theme being "water."
Magic of Children in the Arts Program Director Marion Lewis says the organization continues to work with area children to encourage creativity in all aspects of the arts. An awards ceremony is planned for March 25th at 6pm at the Royal Canadian Legion in Collingwood. Carolyn Corner, Sue Miller, Dave Saunders and Keli-Ann Pye-Beshara are this year's judges.
