The Georgian Frame Gallery hosted "Collingwood Colours" on Friday and Saturday March 26th and 27th. Margot Nicholson-Trott, owner of the gallery, said the artwork on display showed off the outstanding artistic skills of some of Collingwood's young artists.

The artwork on display represented individual interpretation of scenes of Collingwood, as seen through the eyes of CCI art students.

The paintings were framed by Georgian Frame Gallery and sold for $50.00 each, with all proceeds returned to Collingwood Collegiate. Margot Nicholson said that the exhibition sold a total of 27 student works at $50 each and William Vancises "Collingwood Elvis Festival" piece auctioned for $180. "in a day and a half we raised $1530 for the visual arts program at CCI."
