Stephen Assaff of Charis Developments, along with Collingwood Mayor Sandra Cooper and Members of Council, gathered today for the Official Kick Off of Admiral Collingwood Place, a new 6 storey residential condominium in downtown Collingwood, at the intersection of Hurontario St. and Hume St. In advance of the event, Charis Developments President, Stephen C. Assaff had these remarks: "The Town of Collingwood has long awaited this development, which will create an iconic landmark in our lively downtown core.
